Hi! I’m Amanda Brockman. I started this blog with the hopes of offering resources to others for things I was looking for during a very difficult part of my life. I was separating from my husband, having minor anxiety attacks, learning how to do all the house care by myself and completely overwhelmed.

My hope is that I can offer you guidance for these parts in life so you can feel less overwhelmed and get the help you need. Here you can find relationship guidance – where my husband and I struggled, navigating through a separation or divorce, and building back up of the relationship. You can also find guidance on balancing anxiety and certain items I found helpful in my own therapy (if you are struggling, I highly recommend, finding a therapist to help you). I’ll also cover some basic home care tasks that I had to learn to keep the house I was living in functional as well as some general lifestyle posts.
